TRAINING
At CSPRO, we focus on developing young footballers across all age groups. Our programs for U11, U13, U15, and U17 are designed to nurture skills, teamwork, and game intelligence, preparing players for league matches and tournaments. With a special partnership with Seke 1 High, our academy offers the opportunity to grow both on and off the field.

Training Programs
U11 – Developing the Fundamentals Our U11 program introduces young players to fundamental football skills, emphasizing ball control, passing, dribbling, and teamwork.
Training Focus: 2 times a week ,Basic skills (ball mastery, dribbling, passing). Fun and supportive environment.
U13 – Building on Core Skills In our U13 program, we build on the core skills while introducing tactical awareness and positional play.
Training Focus: 2-3 times a week ,Tactical awareness, fitness, positioning. Competitive games.
U15 – Tactical and Technical Development U15 players work on technical skills, game tactics, and match strategies to prepare them for competitive football.
Training Focus: 3-4 times a week, Advanced tactical development. Match conditioning.
U17 – Preparing for Competitive Football The U17 program focuses on advanced game tactics, physical conditioning, and mental preparation for high-level competitive play.
Training Focus: 4-5 times a week, Leadership and team strategy. Full match preparation.

Tournaments & Competitions
Each age group participates in the official Chitungwiza Junior Development League (CJDL).
A variety of other competitive games and tournaments can be arranged by the management and these include: – U11 & U13: Local youth friendly matches with partner schools. U15 & U17: Regional games and school tournaments, including those in partnership with Seke 1 High.
Weekly Training Schedule is always provided by the coaching department. Times may differ according the school program of the youth or any other determining factors.
