Costa Nhamoinesu
Founder & President
Costa Nhamoinesu, a former professional footballer with extensive experience in European leagues, founded CSPRO Academy to give back to the community that raised him. Coming from the ghettos of Zimbabwe, Costa understands the challenges faced by youth with limited access to opportunities. His vision for CSPRO is to provide talented young players with the guidance, support, and pathways that he lacked in his early career. [Read the Full Story]
Administrator
Meloday Chakamba
A lady passionate about sport and youth development. A qualified administrator and as a parent, she brings the motherly touch to the youths of the academy.
Head Coach
Musset Zengeni
A former Caps United FC soccer player described as a ‘midfield elegant, dribbling wizard’. A fully dedicated and charismatic person who understands local football and willing to learn further.
Operations
Caren Mguni
A humorous and joyful qualified nurse who helps the youth with sexual health education in addition to the operations of the academy.
Sport Development Officer
Audrey Muziihama
A gentleman eager to educate the youngsters. As a product and inhabitant of the ghetto, he understands the lifestyles of the youngsters on a deeper level.
